Training-data summary
Article 53 requires GPAI model providers to draw up and make publicly available a sufficiently detailed summary of the content used to train the model, using a template provided by the AI Office.
The summary supports transparency and the exercise of rights (e.g. by copyright holders) without requiring disclosure of the full dataset. It applies alongside the copyright-policy duty.
