Product questions, account issues, refund requests and anything else. We reply within 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Please write from the address on your account and include your order number where it is a billing matter.
Conformly is built to be self-service: most questions are already answered, in writing, and you will get an answer faster than we can type one.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle handles payments, tax and invoicing, and issues refunds to the original payment method.
