What if it turns out not to be right for us?+

Buy Starter or Growth, use it normally, and if it is not right tell us within 14 days of the first payment for a full refund — no questions asked. You do not need to give a reason, and you may use the Service normally during those 14 days — trying it out is the point of the guarantee. The one-time report is refundable in full any time before it is generated; once it is produced and delivered, the work has been done.

What does the price-lock guarantee mean?+

The price you sign up for stays the same for as long as you remain a customer. No surprise renewal increases, ever.

How do I cancel?+

In the app under Settings → Subscription, or with the cancel link in any Paddle invoice or renewal email — or email us and we will do it for you. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the term you paid for. Your data stays exportable until then.

Is there a free option?+

Yes — the AI Act risk checker is free and needs no account, and a free Conformly account covers one AI system with no card and no expiry. See exactly what free includes above. The one-time $390 Compliance Report covers a single system with no subscription.

Could we not just do this ourselves, or ask our law firm?+

You can, and for a single simple system that may be the right call. The comparison sets out honestly what a spreadsheet, a consultant and Conformly each cost you in money and in hours, and where each one stops being enough.

The classification is deterministic and rule-based, not a language model guessing: the same answers always produce the same result, and every output cites the articles it comes from, so an auditor can follow the reasoning back to the Regulation. How the classification works

Where does our data live, and who can see it?+

Your Service data is stored in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest, with tenant isolation, role-based access and audit logging of sensitive actions. Card details never reach us — Paddle is the merchant of record.

What is the expert review add-on?+

For $290 on top of the Compliance Report, a compliance specialist walks your report with you on a 30-minute call — what your classification means, which obligations to start with, and what an authority would ask first. Request it from the report confirmation email or support@getconformly.com. It is practical guidance, not legal advice.

Can I switch plans later?+

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime; your locked price carries over on the plan you're on.

Do you offer annual and monthly billing?+

Growth is available annually ($4,990/yr) or monthly ($490/mo). Starter is annual. Enterprise is custom.
